FOR PATIENTS

Pricing

How much does a test cost?
The cost of tests varies depending on which test(s) your doctor has ordered. Call the Repromedix Client Services department at 800-667-8893 or e-mail them at clientservices@repromedix.com for pricing information.

Why did I receive a bill from Repromedix?
There was either a residual balance from what your insurance company paid; your insurance company denied coverage; or we have no record of insurance for the patient. Call our Client Services department at 800-667-8893 to discuss your bill.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We can accept payments either on the phone or via "snail mail."

Insurance Information

Does Repromedix accept insurance?
Repromedix will bill insurance companies and regularly receives payments from hundreds of insurers around the country. In fact, we are virtually the only reproductive esoteric lab in the U.S. to accept insurance.

Will my insurance cover your tests?
Insurance coverage for infertility testing varies by patient, depending upon your insurer, your policy, and, on occasion, your physician. To assist you in understanding the complexities of insurance coverage, Repromedix offers a unique Patient Support Program. Our experienced Patient Advocates will help you understand how to best navigate this difficult landscape. To find out more call our Patient Advocate at 800-667-8893, extension 759 to discuss your coverage. You'll need to know your out-of-network benefits copay and your deductible before you call.

In addition, Repromedix offers the Safeguard payment plan to help you finance the important tests your physician may recommend. The Safeguard Payment Plan helps protect you from high unpaid balances. Ask our Patient Advocate for more details.

Role of the Physician

Where can I find a physician to order tests from Repromedix?
Repromedix maintains a comprehensive list of physicians with whom we have worked. We can refer you to a physician in your area (or as close geographically as possible.) Call the Repromedix Client Services department at 800-667-8893 to discuss a referral.

My doctor won't order a test you offer. Can I send you a sample myself?
No, the federal regulations governing clinical laboratories won't allow us to accept samples directly from patients. All samples must be ordered by a physician. We would be happy to recommend a physician from our client list, but we cannot guarantee that he or she will agree to order the test.

Can I get a copy of my results from Repromedix?
We only send test results to the ordering physician. Please call your doctor for your test results.

My doctor wants me to have a test you offer, but I'm not familiar with it. Where can I find more information about it?
Visit the "Our Tests" section of the Web site for information on every test and panel Repromedix offers.
